Terms of service
The terms that govern access to and use of the CurriculaIQ platform. Your school service agreement takes precedence where the two differ.
1. Agreement scope
These terms apply to everyone accessing CurriculaIQ. Where a school has signed a service agreement, that agreement governs the commercial relationship and these terms cover platform use.
2. Accounts and access
Accounts are issued by the school. Each person is responsible for keeping their credentials secure and for activity carried out under their account. Access follows the permissions their school grants.
3. Acceptable use
The platform may not be used to breach applicable law, to access records outside granted permissions, to interfere with the security or integrity of the service, or to process information the school has no lawful basis to hold.
4. School data
Schools retain ownership of the records they enter. CurriculaIQ processes those records to deliver the service under the applicable agreement and the privacy policy.
5. Fees and billing
Fees are based on active enrolled learners for the billing period in the currency and plan set out in your proposal. Displayed prices exclude applicable taxes, and any minimum billing amount is confirmed before commitment.
6. Availability and changes
We work to keep the service dependable and will give reasonable notice of material changes. Features may be added, changed or retired as the platform develops.
7. Suspension and termination
Access may be limited or suspended to protect the service, comply with law, address nonpayment or respond to material breaches. On termination, school data is handled according to the applicable service agreement and retention commitments.
