1. Agreement and eligibility

By accessing or using CurriculaIQ, you agree to these terms and any service agreement that applies to your school or organisation. If you use CurriculaIQ on behalf of an organisation, you confirm that you are authorised to act for it.

2. Accounts and access

You are responsible for keeping sign-in information secure, using your own authorised account, and promptly reporting suspected unauthorised access. Access rights are determined by the school or organisation and may change with your role.

3. School and user responsibilities

Schools are responsible for the lawfulness, accuracy, governance, and authorised use of the information they place in CurriculaIQ.

  • Do not access records or functions beyond your authorised role.
  • Do not upload unlawful, harmful, misleading, or rights-infringing content.
  • Do not disrupt, probe, reverse engineer, or bypass service safeguards.
  • Do not use the service to harm, profile, or discriminate against individuals.

4. Content and intellectual property

Schools and users retain their rights in content they provide. They grant CurriculaIQ the limited rights needed to host, process, display, back up, and transmit that content for the service.

CurriculaIQ and its licensors retain rights in the platform, design, software, documentation, trademarks, and service materials.

5. AI-assisted features

AI-assisted outputs are starting points that may be incomplete or inaccurate. Users must review outputs before relying on or sharing them, especially for assessment, safeguarding, student support, or other consequential decisions.

Schools remain responsible for setting appropriate use policies and ensuring that professional judgement stays in control.

6. Service operation and changes

We work to provide a reliable and secure service, but availability may occasionally be affected by maintenance, updates, third-party services, or events outside reasonable control. Features may evolve as the platform improves.

Paid plans, implementation, support levels, data commitments, and service targets are governed by the applicable order or service agreement.

7. Suspension and termination

Access may be limited or suspended to protect the service, comply with law, address non-payment, or respond to material breaches. On termination, school data is handled according to the applicable service agreement and retention commitments.

8. Disclaimers and liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, CurriculaIQ is provided subject to the warranties, remedies, exclusions, and liability limits stated in the relevant service agreement. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liability that cannot legally be excluded.

9. Contact and updates

Questions about these terms can be sent to legal@curriculaiq.com. We may update these terms as the service or applicable requirements change and will publish the revised date on this page.
